Browsing - The GHCF is a forum style message board consisting entirely of user postings. Users with a 10 character name made up of tags such as 4ef029dd3a are Guests and have not created an account. Both users and guests have an email address on file and accept the same terms. The system admin is responsible for the administration of the forum and not the views and opinions of the users or the products and services they may be offering. Posting - Registration to this forum is free. We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies in the terms of service. Your postings on this forum will become public and can not be removed or edited after 24hrs. It is assumed that you are posting to a general audience. Posts may take up to 15 minutes to show up, if you did not get a verification email please check your spam box or email the admin to manually activate your account or post. Personal Information - Yours - The GHCF does not collect personal information other than your email address. Other non personal details such as IP address and browser type are logged as part of the server software. This is only viewed to catch scammers and for the prevention of abuse, spam, etc. GHCF Has no interest in your data or personal information other than what is used for the prevention of abuse and basic server stats. Personal Information - Others - It is strictly forbidden to publish names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses of any individual with the exception of names of notable public figures. ie Donald Trump, John Tory, or people who have granted you explicit permission to publish such information. Cookie Policy - GHFC Does not set cookies for visiting or tracking. GHFC does use Sessions which are similiar to cookies but only last until the browser is closed. They are used to store your Username/Userid while making posts and are destroyed when you close your browser, or you may click Log Out to detroy session information, and, or clear cookies locally. Usernames - Please do not choose a username with likeliness to administrative titles such as root, administrator, webmsaster etc or other established users. Private communications - Users may contact each other anytime provided that both parties have agreed through an agreement link. The server will send you a Hello email from the initiating party and if you agree we will start a Message window between the two parties. Any further decision to share email address or private information is up to you. The For Sale forum has the option of Edit / Delete / Private Message at all times.
